2026 White Stag Staff Reunion Registration Information

Staff fees for 2026 are a flat $30. This includes a limited edition commemorative patch, lunch (BBQ), facility rental, and breakfast in the morning.  There will also be a chili cook-off for dinner, campfire, and some fun activities in addition to plenty of free time for fellowship to reunite with old friends and the new friends that you didn't even know you had.

We ask that all staff participating please bring a side dish to serve approximately ten people.  I will be creating a Signup Genius for sides shortly and will distribute that information as we get closer to the event.  The reefer, ovens, griddle, warmers, and gas cook top should all be available in BP for anyone needing to do on-site cooking or warming up.

Staff fees may be paid via Venmo to @Netspotts or check or money order to Raleigh Whitham, 4632 Evanston Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46205-1430.  We will also accept cash payment day-of, but to lock-in your patch, we encourage early registration.
